Data loggers are an essential tool for monitoring and recording compliance with transport specifications or clarifying damage in an evidential manner. By means of sensors, they record critical events such as shocks, impacts, inadmissible temperature, pressure and humidity and therefore help in the rapid clarification in cases of damage.
All data loggers containing lithium polymer batteries are subject to certain IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations when transported by air. As a result of stricter air freight regulations, MSR transport data loggers were again tested by several airlines in accordance with international standard test procedures. MSR is pleased to announce that their data loggers have successfully passed all safety tests carried out by major airlines such as Lufthansa Cargo, Austrian, Swiss, Brussels, JAL, and ANA, thus continuing to carry the ‘Air Cargo Approved’ rating.
